PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of such trouble that appearance is spoiled by deviation of a tray door without providing a specific member and requiring highly accurate process, while to suppress occurrence of contact sound caused when the tray door comes into contact with an opening edge part of an opening part formed at a front panel when it is closed. SOLUTION: The device has a disk tray 21, a front panel 1 provided with an opening part 11, and a tray door 3, is provided with a position deviation preventing part preventing position deviation of a tray door 1 for the opening part 11 when the tray door 3 is closed, has a concave part 16 formed at the center of a tray door stop rib 111, and a convex part 34 formed at the back of a door main body 31, and the concave part 16 has a slope 161 in which an end part of a side to which a twist spring 4 is attached is positioned at the interior, while the convex part 34 has a slope 341 along the slope 161.
