摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method of a metal supported catalyst reduced in an energy and water consumption with a low-emission and light environmental load, while maintaining a quality as a hydrogenation catalyst. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the metal supported catalyst includes (A) a synthesis process for synthesizing a hydrate particle being a carrier for the metal support catalyst, (B1) a washing process for washing the obtained hydrate particle, (B2) a dehydrating process for dehydrating the obtained gelled hydrate particle so as to have a water content required for the shaping in (D) a shaping process, (C) a contacting and supporting process contacting catalyst components to the dehydrated gelled hydrate particle to support this, (D) the shaping process for obtaining a shaped article by directly shaping the gelled hydrate particle supported with the catalyst components into a predetermined shape, and (E) a drying process for drying the obtained shaped article, wherein the catalyst components are used without being a dissolved state when provided for the (C) contacting and supporting process.
