PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon mounting tool for medical use, capable of easily mounting the balloon for medical use. SOLUTION: The balloon mounting tool 10 for medical use is the tool for enlarging the diameter of a balloon end part 26A in order to mount the balloon 26 for medical use 26 to a medical implement 28. The tool 10 includes: a plurality of pin members 12A-12D to be inserted to the balloon end part 26A; a pair of guide members 14A, 14B which have opening parts 22C, 22D, 24C, 24D for putting-through and guiding the pine members 12C, 12D and where the opening parts are arranged to be partially superimposed; and a support member 16 for supporting the pair of guide members 14A, 14B and moving the guide members 14A, 14B so as to move the superimposition part of the openings 22C, 24C and the opening parts 22D, 24D.
