PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that many conventional attachment device for artificial anus are cumbersome to attach and detach, are bulky and the presence of the same is apparently visible from outside clothes and used to include no ones easily attachable and detachable and having compact structure. SOLUTION: The single flow type attachment device for an artificial anus constituted of a first member directly applied to the skin around a stoma, a second member with which the first member is covered via mouth portion of an excrement storing bag, and a support belt for being wound around a body for covering, pushing, pressing, and securing them after set them in a predetermined position, the first member and the second member both have holes in their center, the first member is made of a silicone rubber and has pipe-shaped projection whose hole surrounding upper face is raised, a collar portion engaging with the second member is formed in the upper end of the pipe-shaped projection, the second member is a plate-shaped body having hardness larger than the first member, and the end portions of the support belt are threaded and secured in both the ends.
