PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control method by which it is guaranteed that a correct probe nucleic acid binds to the correct position on a nucleic acid microarray without carrying out the total inspection before shipping, and to provide a quality control reagent. SOLUTION: The quality control method of the folic acid microarray includes synthesizing a probe nucleic acid including bases capable of forming base pairs with a plurality of kinds of nucleic acid bases, or a probe nucleic acid set including sequences individually complementary to the whole sequences to prepare a reagent for the quality control, and hybridizing a probe-immobilized carrier with the reagent for the quality control before or at the inspection of a specimen.
