PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be tightly re-closed after the bag is once opened. SOLUTION: The packaging bag A has the first and second panels 1 and 2 both facing each other. The first and second panels 1 and 2 are connected at the upper end margin and both the right and left end margins 8a and 8b to form a bag-like shape. A plurality of articles can be housed inside from the lower end side of the first and second panels 1 and 2. The upper end margin of the first panel 1 and the upper end margin of the second panel 2 are connected to each other by a fold part 11 folded toward to the lower end side. The fold part 11 comprises the third panel 3 connected to the upper end margin of the first panel 1 and the fourth panel 4 connected to the upper end margin of the second panel 2. A female fastener 5b is mounted on the inside of the bag of the third panel 3, and a male fastener 5a mating with the female fastener 5b is mounted on the inside of the bag of the first panel 1.
