PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose stopper device capable of preventing a hose stopper cover from rotating with rotation of a bolt when the hose stopper cover is tightened against a bracket with the bolt, and preventing the hose stopper cover from rotating due to vibration or the like during lifting operation of a lift cylinder or traveling of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Respective axial lines (shown by one-point chain line) for a pair of bolts 15 which joint the hose stopper cover 14 with the bracket 8 are deviated from an identical straight line. Under this constitution, when the hose stopper cover 14 is attached to the bracket 8 or after the hose stopper cover 14 is attached to the bracket 8, rotation of the hose stopper cover 14 due to vibration or the like can be prevented.
