A syringe outer tube for chemical solution filled and sealed syringe formulation that is capable of suppressing sticking of air bubbles; a chemical solution filled and sealed syringe formulation that has suppressed sticking of air bubbles; and a process for efficiently producing the syringe outer tube. The syringe outer tube for chemical solution filled and sealed syringe formulation is one having its internal surface treated with corona discharge.The chemical solution filled and sealed syringe formulation is one having the above syringe outer tube filled with a chemical solution and hermetically sealed. The process for producing a syringe outer tube for chemical solution filled and sealed syringe formulation is one including the step of subjecting the internal surface of a syringe outer tube to corona discharge treatment.
