The arrangement has a shield plate (6) partially overdrawn from a printed circuit board (1), and fastening projections (8) for the plate, which is distant from a side edge of the board in a printed circuit board plane. Fastening recesses (13) are provided on the plate, in which fastening guides (14) are oppositely arranged and are bent out from the plate in a paired manner. The plate is suspended on the fastening projections under mechanical fusing.
