The hybrid blow out device has a diaphragm (17) that is assigned to a prelocate body (18) and that is arranged within a pressure gas storage (4). The prelocate body comes in contact with the diaphragm after activating an actuator and pierce the diaphragm. The actuator impacts the diaphragm from outside and press this inwards and brought in contact with the prelocate body.
