摘要 A system and a method for manufacturing an electronic paper are provided to manufacture a panel of the electronic paper by moving particles from an electrode to a cell of a panel by electric field effects by controlling the amount of electric fields of the stamp electrode and the panel, thereby improving a process only through proper manufacture and replacement of the stamp. A PC(Personal Computer)(10) minutely controls stages through a camera(50) for precise array. A microprocessor(20) transceives information with the PC, and controls first to third variable high voltage modules(31,32,33) according to the transceived information. The first variable high voltage module controls an electric field of an electrode of a stamp(90) according to information transmitted to the microprocessor. The second variable high voltage module controls a second precise location controller(70) according to information transmitted to the microprocessor. The third variable high voltage module controls an electric field of a third precise location controller(80) according to information transmitted to the microprocessor. A vision board(40) controls the camera according to control information by receiving information of the PC. The camera is minutely controlled according to the control information of the vision board to photograph a minute array of the stamp, and generate minute array data. Particles(60) are coated on the electrode of the stamp, and filled within a panel(85) above the third precise location controller. The second precise location controller is filled with the particles and performs a minute motion. The third precise location controller supports the panel and performs a minute motion. The panel as a frame of an electronic paper is placed on an upper part of the third precise location controller, and filled with the particles. The stamp fills the panel with the particles by applying the particles onto the electrode. A first precise location controller(95) minutely controls the stamp, and conveys the particles. A distance sensor(96) is controlled by the PC and senses a movement distance of the stamp.
