The invention relates to a kit comprising two separately conditioned cosmetic compositions intended to be applied to keratin materials: -at least a first composition comprising a compound X; -at least a second composition comprising a compound Y; -at least one of the compounds X and Ybeing a silicone compound, the said compounds X and Y being capable of reacting together via a hydrosilylation, condensation or crosslinking reaction in the presence of a peroxide, when they are placed in contact with each other, -at least one of the first and second compositions containing at least one tacky oil, -the said compounds X and Y and the said tacky oil, and their respective amounts, being such that the transfer index of a deposit comprising the two compositions is less than or equal to 40 outof 100. Finally, the invention relates to a keratin fibre makeup process involving the application of compounds X and Y and the tacky oil.
