A method, system and device for the copy and use of the customized ring back tone are disclosed. Its core techniques are that: a customized ring back tone source number and a copy command are sent to a server; the server sends said source number and the copy command to a customized ring back tone copy center, after said customized ring back tone copy center obtains the customized ring back tone numbering from the customized ring back tone server that stores the customized ring back tone source number, the modifying message of the customized ring back tone is sent to the customized ring back tone server in which the terminal device of request copy exists, and requests to copy the customized ring back tone of the source number; the customized ring back tone copy center copies the customized ring back tone used by source number to said device sending copy command numbering.
