A frying-roasting device is provided. The frying-roasting device comprises a lower roasting plate element (1), an upper roasting plate element (3) and a rotating controlling element (7). The upper roasting plate element (3) is pivoted to the lower roasting plate element (1). The upper roasting plate element (3) has an upper pivoting portion (511). The upper pivoting portion (511) is provided with an upper pivoting opening (513) and at least one stopper (514a, 14b, 514c) projecting from the upper pivoting opening (513) radially. The rotating controlling element (7) is pivoted to the lower roasting plate element (1) and locates in the upper pivoting opening (513). The rotating controlling element (7) at least comprises a toggle (74) with the first end (742) and the second end (743) that are set oppositely. The first end (742) or the second end (743) selectively leans against the stoppers (514a, 14b, 514c) in the upper pivoting opening (513) so that the position of the upper roasting plate element (3) relative to the lower roasting plate element (1) can be controlled.
