<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticker for an application ticket facilitating operation of peeling the application ticket from a product, storing and attaching on an application post card and having increased attractiveness to customers by allowing three dimensional adhesion of part of the sticker from the attached surface, and a method for attaching the application ticket. <P>SOLUTION: A release agent layer 9 is mounted on a part of the backside of the sticker for the application ticket, a body 4 of the application ticket being temporarily attached on a part 3 including the release agent layer 9 with the application ticket temporarily attached thereon. The sticker includes: the part 3 which abuts on a part 2 pastable on a product via a first perforation line 6; and the body 4 of the application ticket abutting on the part 3 via a second perforation line 7 which can line the part 3 when folded over the second perforation line 7 and also can form the application ticket. Adhesive layers 8 are formed on the respective backsides of the pasted part 2 and the body 4, and further the release agent layer 9 is formed on the backside of the part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
