PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deficiency caused by a difference in operation response in each photographing device. SOLUTION: This photographing device relating to one aspect of this invention is a photographing device 1 for storing photographed image information in a portable storage medium 11 and has a mechanical operating part 16 for operating the photographing device 1 by a mechanical operation, a driver 141 for converting the mechanical operation of the mechanical operating part 16 into an electric signal, and a control part 142 for controlling the operation of the photographing device 1 on the basis of the electric signal, wherein the control part 142 changes operation control of the photographing device 1 to the operation of the mechanical operating part 16 on the basis of information obtained from the portable storage medium 11.
