PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved combustion device, reducing NOx and CO generated by combustion more than the conventional combustion device using as a burner a self-exhaust emission recirculating type burner including a fuel injection pipe disposed in a combustion cylinder and a baffle plate fitted to the vicinity of the tip of the fuel injection pipe as it is. SOLUTION: This combustion device A includes a cylindrical combustion chamber 10, an exhaust outlet 13 formed in the combustion chamber 10 and a burner disposed in the combustion chamber 10, wherein the burner includes a combustion cylinder 18 extended in the direction of axial line L of the combustion chamber 10, the fuel injection pipe 20 disposed in the combustion cylinder 18, and the baffle plate 23 fitted to the vicinity of the tip of the fuel injection pipe 20, and two or more burners are disposed to be adjacent to each other in position as a burner group 30 in the combustion chamber 10. Preferably, the burner group 30 is disposed in the state of being eccentric from the central axis line L of the combustion chamber 10 in the opposite direction to the position of the exhaust outlet 13.
