PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing a light incoming from in particular a lateral direction and a slanting direction and suppressing variation in characteristics. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device includes a semiconductor element provided on a semiconductor layer 10, a light shielding wall 50 provided around the semiconductor element, and a wiring layer 26 electrically connected to the semiconductor element and extending from an opening hole 52 having no light shielding wall 50 to the outside of the light shielding wall 50. The wiring layer 26 has a pattern including a first part 26A positioned on the opening hole 52 and a second part 26B positioned outside the opening hole and having a width larger than that of the first part 26A, and the second part 26B has the width larger than or equal to that of the opening hole 52.
