PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulated power supply circuit capable of performing a stable and quick start operation and coping with the occurrence of abnormality. SOLUTION: A current control part 3 is provided with a plurality of control elements connected in parallel to each other to an output terminal 16 and one control voltage output by a control voltage generation part 2 is supplied in common to the control input of the plurality of control elements. Otherwise, the current control part 3 is provided with a first control element and a second control element connected in parallel to each other to the output terminal 16; the control voltage output by the control voltage generation part is applied to at least one of the first control element and the second control element, and the regulated power supply circuit is provided with an abnormal voltage detection part for detecting an abnormal voltage on the basis of a voltage appearing in the output terminal and a reference voltage output by a reference voltage source and an abnormal voltage control part for controlling the drive power of at least one of the first control element and the second control element on the basis of the detected abnormal voltage.
