PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous foamable fire-resistant coating material excellent in both storage stability and fire-resistant performance. SOLUTION: The aqueous foamable fire-resistant coating material comprises (A) a binder containing (a-1) an isocyanate compound, (a-2) a compound having an active hydrogen group, (a-3) an acid and (a-4) an aqueous resin produced by reacting a chain extender and having an acid number of 3-100 KOHmg/g, (B) a carbonizing agent, (C) a flame retardant and (D) a filler.
