PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that has excellent stability with time, no powdery feeling, no feeling of dryness and an excellent sense of use. SOLUTION: The emulsion cosmetic comprises (A) hydrophobic powder, (B) a copolymer in which a poly(N-acylalkyleneimine) composed of a repeating unit represented by formula (1) (wherein, R is H, a 1-22C alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aralkyl group or an aryl group; x is a number of 2 or 3) is bonded through a hetero atom-containing alkylene group to at least one of a terminal or side-chain silicon atom of an organopolysiloxane segment or an amino-modified silicone, (C) a nonionic water-soluble polymer containing a polyoxyalkylene chain having an average molecular weight of 300-100,000 in the molecule and (D) an oily component liquid at 25°C.
