PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody which specifically recognizes an estrogen receptor (GPR30) existing on cell membranes, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This antibody is obtained by immunizing a non-human mammal with a specific amino acid sequence of GPR30, preferably the amino acid sequence of an epitope comprising 11 to 15 amino acids corresponding to a region exposed to the outsides of cell membranes, as an antigen, and its production method is provided.
