PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire rotating device 2 capable of preventing deformation of a green tire 4. SOLUTION: The rotating device 2 of the green tire 4 has a prop 6, a driving shaft 8 extending horizontally for attaching the green tire 4, and a motor for rotating the driving shaft 8. The driving shaft 8 rotates the green tire 4. Preferably, the ratio of the length of the driving shaft 8 to the height of the prop 6 of the rotating device 2 is 50% or lower. Preferably, a rotation speed of the driving shaft 8 of the rotating device 2 is 5-10 rpm. Preferably, the driving shaft 8 is composed of an aluminum alloy or steel.
