The method involves providing a hearing aid bowl (10) or otoplastics with a sound delivery port (11). A head set (14) is assembled at a sound hose (12), which includes a stopper (13) and possess an assembly length. The sound hose is inserted through the sound delivery port until the stopper attaches at an inner side of the hearing aid bowl or the otoplastics, in such a manner that the head set is held within the hearing aid bowl or otoplastics. The sound hose is shortened outside of the hearing aid bowl or otoplastics to a final length.
