A panel guide member and a display device having the same are provided to prevent the display quality degradation of an image due to a light leakage phenomenon by preventing the bend of the panel guide member although a panel guide body is expanded and contracted. A plurality of panel guide bodies(145) divides and supports an NEDR(Non-Effective Display Region) disposed in the circumference of an EDR of a display panel on which an image is displayed. A bend preventing member(130) mutually connects the panel guide bodies, and restrains the bend of the panel guide bodies according to the expansion/contraction of the panel guide bodies.
