发明名称 Composite heterogeneous catalyst for removal of nitrate ions from water, method of its producing and method of water purification
摘要 The invention relates to the field of catalysis, namely to the production of the catalysts for water purification, and it can be used for removal of nitrate ions from water. A composite heterogeneous catalyst on the basis of titanium dioxide for removal of nitrate ions from water, which additionally contains copper in the form of nano-dimensional clusters with size from 3 to 7 nm of variable composition. A method of producing catalyst includes treatment of the powder of titanium dioxide with solution based on metal ammoniate with irradiation by visible light, subsequent separation of solid phase, washing and drying. Moreover the powder of titanium dioxide is preliminary produced during hydrolysis of titanium isopropylate with isopropyl alcohol, with subsequent separation of sediment and its heat treatment, and produced titanium dioxide is treated with solution based on copper ammoniate at irradiation with wavelength of 400-750 nm. Produced catalyst is used for purification of water at UV treatment. The use of the group of inventions provides for high degree of removal of nitrate ions from water (residual concentration is less than maximum allowable concentration), simplification and reduction of prices of the technology of use of catalyst due to exclusion of its regeneration after working-out.
