摘要 <p>A device has a radiation source for transmission of electromagnetic radiation, and an optical device (6,5) for conducting the electromagnetic radiation into the measurement volume. Part of the optical device (6,5) is a beam shaping device (8) for generating an intensity profile asymmetric to one beam axis, in which the sample particles in the measurement volume (10) are captured in an inhomogeneous field distribution (of the electric field) caused by the asymmetrical intensity profile. The captured particles are carried along via a rotational device (2,4,11). Independent claims are given for the following: (1) (A) A method for contactless manipulation. (2) (B) A laser scanning microscope (3) (C) A method for operating a laser scanning microscope.</p>
