A deodorizing system is provided to remove odorous gases having various components and physicochemical properties by applying physical deodorizing, chemical deodorizing, and biological deodorizing processes to one reactor. As an odorous gas treatment system(1000) with a biochemical odorous gas treatment part(200) in which bio filters(210a,210b) and a chemical post-treatment unit(220) are integrally formed, the odorous gas treatment system is characterized in that the chemical post-treatment unit is installed above the bio filters to treat chemically odorous gas passing through the bio filters in the upward direction and comprises at least one of an ultraviolet lamp, an ozonizer, a photocatalyst, and a plasma generator. The odorous gas treatment system further comprises a front scrubber(100) installed in front of the bio filters. The odorous gas treatment system further comprises a rear scrubber(300) installed in rear of the biochemical odorous gas treatment part. The bio filters contain one degrading microorganism selected from Thiobacillus sp, Sulfolobus sp, Arthrobacter sp, Nitrobacter sp, Nitrosomonas sp, Pseudomonas sp, and Pseudomonas putida. The photocatalyst comprises at least one selected from TiO2, ZnO, Fe2O3, CdS, ZnS, and SnO.
