A microwave oven having a mixing function is provided to efficiently mix foods by adjusting the height of a mixing device according to the amount of the foods stored in a vessel. A microwave oven having a mixing function comprises a body(20) having a cooking chamber(21). A driving section is installed in the body. A rotating member(33) is rotated by receiving power from the driving section. A tray(23) rotates together with the rotating member. A rotating shaft(36) interworks with the driving section and passes through the rotating member. A vessel(40) is seated on the tray. A mixing device(41) is mounted to the vessel and rotates together with the rotating member to mix foods. The driving section includes a first motor(31) for rotating the rotating member and a second motor(32) for rotating the rotating shaft. The mixing device includes a mixing bar(42) and a mixing vane(43).
