A power plant has inlet and outlet devices between which working wheel is placed. The inlet device is arranged as separated with side elements separate channels at inputs of which one-side valves are installed. Inlet of outlet device is fixed over the working wheel and the outlet is placed in wind flow. The inlet device is placed lower than the outlet of the outlet device. |
