摘要 A pin-doping electro-luminescence device and an organic electro-luminescence display including the same are provided to facilitate color tuning by controlling a light emitting ratio of light emitting layers through color conversion prevention layers between the light emitting layers. A plurality of light emitting layers(142) supply light. A first electrode(86) transmits light generated from the light emitting layers. A second electrode(87) reflects the light generated from the light emitting layers to the first electrode. A p-type doped hole transport layer(158) is positioned between the light emitting layer and the first electrode and supplies a hole. An n-type doped hole transport layer(156) is positioned between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. Color conversion prevention layers(144) between the light emitting layers prevent change of chromaticity coordinates due to a rise of a driving voltage by maintaining flow of electrons or holes injected to the light emitting layers.
