The invention relates to a composition for administration to mammals or humans, which is used to destroy damaged, pathogenic cells, including empty liposomes, structural protein elements and specific binding elements that are selected as a function of the pathogenic micro-organism or cell to be destroyed. When administered to the patient, the composition acts in the manner of an effective effector agent which interacts with the membrane of the target cell or with the membrane of the micro-organism in order to produce discharge ports which release the intracellular content to the extracellular medium. |
