A glycerine anti-freezer composition is provided to prevent the formation of precipitates even in a severe condition of high temperature and high pressure for a long time, and to ensure excellent anti-corrosion and anti-freezing functions. A glycerine anti-freezer composition includes 100 parts by weight of glycerine, 0.1-3.0 parts by weight of boric acid and a salt thereof, 0.01-1.0 parts by weight of a triazole salt, and 0.01-1.0 parts by weight of acrylate copolymer. The acrylate copolymer is a compound represented by the following formula 1, wherein each of m and n is greater than 1, m+n is an integer ranging from 10,000 to 20,000, R1 is H or one selected from the group comprising C1-5 linear alkyl groups, and R2 is H or one selected from the group comprising C1-5 linear alkyl groups.
