A slab earthquake resistant structure of a slab is provided to decrease noise and vibration created by an earthquake by disposing an elastic member between a column and the slab. A slab earthquake resistant structure of a slab comprises a column(100), girders(105), a slab(110), and an elastic member(115). The column is set on the ground, and extends upwards. The girder is connected with the column. The slab is mounted on the girder. The elastic member is disposed between the slab and the column. The elastic member is made of at least one selected among rubber, plastic material, wood, and Styrofoam.
