A method of manufacturing titanium from calcium titanium oxide in molten salt is provided to increase speed of reduction of Ti oxide, using calcium titanium oxide instead of titanium dioxides. A method of manufacturing titanium from calcium titanium oxide in molten salt comprises the steps of: preparing molten salt of M1X, where M1 is one of Ca, Ba, Li, or Cs, and X is one of F, and C1; and carrying out electrolysis using calcium titanium oxide in the molten salt as a cathode to obtain metallic titanium, where the calcium titanium oxide has 1:0.1-1 of atomic ratio of calcium to titanium dioxides.
