摘要 An optical information recording medium is provided to form a recording mark by a resin including organic metal compound, which transubstantiates when the recording light is condensed, in order to change the returned light according to the existence of the recording mark and to obtain a reproducing signal with high quality. An optical information recording medium(120) is made of a resin including organic metal compound and having photoreactivity. The optical information recording medium has a recording layer(121) on which predetermined initialization light is irradiated to harden the resin by the photoreactivity. When a predetermined recording light(L22c) is condensed to record the information, the temperature around the focus of the recording light rises up to transubstantiate the organic metal compound so that a recording mark(RM) is formed, and the information is reproduced based on the returned light according to a predetermined reading light(L22d).
