<p>A polyimide remover composition is provided to have excellent removal performance of a polyimide layer, to prevent aluminum corrosion, and to minimize corrosion without affecting elasticity of a column spacer. A polyimide remover composition includes (A) 0.1-20wt% of a quaternary ammonium hydroxide, (B) 50-95wt% of a glycol ether-based solvent, (C) 0.1-5wt% of at least one component selected from the group comprising sugars and sugar alcohols, and (D) the balance of water. The quaternary ammonium hydroxide is represented by the following formula 1 of [N-(R)4]^+ . OH^-, wherein R is a C1-4 alkyl group. The glycol ether-based solvent is represented by the following formula 2 of R-O-(CH2CH2O)nH, wherein R is a C1-4 alkyl group.</p> |
