A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce the impedance of a driving circuit by electrically connecting a ground of a scan driving circuit to a ground of a sustain driving circuit. Plural scan electrodes(11) and sustain electrodes(12) are formed on an upper substrate(10). A lower substrate(20) is arranged to be opposite to the upper substrate. Plural address electrodes are formed on the lower substrate. A scan driving circuit supplies a driving signal to the scan electrodes. A sustain driving circuit supplies a driving signal to the sustain electrodes. The scan driving circuit and the sustain driving circuit are fixed on a first frame. A second frame has electro conductivity higher than that of the first frame. The second frame electrically connects a ground of the scan driving circuit to the ground of the sustain driving circuit. The second frame is located between the driving circuit and the first frame. The second frame is formed on a partial region of the first frame.
