A continuous roll of a cooling bed for a continuous caster is provided to restrict slab and roller deformation and to bear weight and high temperature heat of the slabs by placing a supply hole at the center of a cooling roll and forming outer cooling holes on the inner periphery of the cooling roll. A continuous roll of a cooling bed for a continuous caster comprises a roller table(600), a supply hole(630), outer cooling holes(640), and connection holes(650). The roller table has more than two cooling rolls(610) to transfer slabs to each process. The supply hole is formed at the center of the cooling roll to circulation-cool the cooling roll. The outer cooling holes are formed along inner periphery of the cooling roll longitudinally. The connection holes are inclined toward an outer cooling hole along the coolant supply hole to move the coolant to the outer cooling holes.
