FABRICATION METHOD OF THERMOELECTRIC MODULE

A method for manufacturing a thermoelectric module is provided to reduce electric resistance of a boundary by configuring the thermoelectric module using a brazing method. A method for manufacturing a thermoelectric module includes: forming a compact and continuous conductive layer(2) in respective one surfaces of a thermoelectric element(1) and an electrode terminal(4) at the time of adhering a low temperature electrode of the thermoelectric module; coating the compact and continuous conductive layer with a filler metal(3); performing a brazing process so that the conductive layer is adhered by the filler metal; and forming an Ni plating layer on one surface or both surfaces of the filler metal.
