A structure for coupling a rear seat board for a vehicle is provided to allow a board to be expanded in cooperation with movement of a seat back of a first rear seat by using a band having tensile force and installed between a clip and the first rear seat. A structure for coupling a rear seat board for a vehicle comprises a first rear seat(1) and a second rear seat(2) disposed in back of the first rear seat. A board(4) is installed at the front corner of a seat section(3) of the second rear seat such that the board leans against a seat back(5) of the first rear seat. The board has a locking member, with which a first clip is detachably coupled, at the middle height thereof. A second clip is formed at the bottom of a seat section(8) of the first rear seat. A band(7) is installed between the second clip and the first clip hung on the board. |
