A foreign material separation method and a device using the deformed structure of a vibrating screen are provided to eliminate foreign materials of low specific gravity by floating the foreign materials and to remove foreign materials such as soil and stone dust passing through the vibrating screen, separately by operating the closed vibrating screen under the water. A foreign material separation method using the deformed structure of a vibrating screen(100) comprises the steps of: sending foreign materials of low specific gravity to a discharge port(40) by jetting high-pressure water by installing a jet nozzle(32) for delivering the foreign materials floating on the water as aggregates are inserted into an inlet of a screen(30) through an inlet hopper(20) and moved to the discharge port, at the upper part of the screen and transferring the foreign materials to the foreign material discharge port through an overflow wall(41); precipitating sludge dust of high specific gravity such as soil and stone dust passing through the screen, in a first water tank(50) having the wide upside and narrow lower side, and discharging the precipitated sludge to the outside by a transfer discharge device(60) having a scraper function; and dropping good cleaned aggregates that sludge and foreign materials are removed, at the end of the screen, collecting the cleaned aggregates in an aggregate storing hopper(70), and then delivering the aggregates to an aggregate storing tank by an aggregate discharging transfer elevator(80). |
