A delaminating and cleaning device is provided to effectively peel off a layer attached to various jigs regardless of the type of the jig. A delaminating and cleaning device(1) comprises a rectangular table(2) on which a workpiece(W) is placed, a nozzle gun(3) for spraying high-pressure water to the workpiece, a nozzle gun moving device(4), and a controller(5) for controlling the movement of the nozzle gun moving device. The nozzle gun has a cleaning gun(3a) directed toward the workpiece to spray high-pressure water to the workpiece. The nozzle gun moving device is equipped with the nozzle gun and moves the nozzle gun in the X, Y and Z directions. The nozzle gun moving device rotates the cleaning gun about a longitudinal axis(R).
