An apparatus for measuring cooling performance of a cooling roller table is provided to check temperature and flow rate of coolant by first and second sensing parts and to monitor the control value on a monitor output part so as to maintain the driving roller facility and to increase quality of the plate. An apparatus for measuring cooling performance of a cooling roller table comprises more than two driving rollers(610), a cooling hole(620), a coolant supply pipe(710), a coolant discharging pipe(720), first and second sensing parts(810,820), and a coolant measuring unit(900). The driving rollers are connected to forward/reverse motors. The cooling hole reduces heat load resulting from operation of the driving rollers. The sensing parts, installed at the coolant supply and discharge pipes, sense temperature and flow rate of the coolant. The coolant measuring unit measures/collects/monitors the coolant volume based on the data of the sensing parts. The coolant measuring unit includes a control part(910) and a monitor(920).
