An apparatus for calibrating a level regardless of movement of rotary shaft is provided to accurately calibrate a high-resolution level by accurately measuring a rotated angle of the rotary shaft. An apparatus for calibrating a level regardless of movement of rotating shaft includes a rest(3), a roller(1), a rotary arm(2), a micrometer(5), two length measuring units(6a,6b), and a signal processing and indicating unit(7). The roller is located in the center of the rest. The rotary arm rotates the roller and supports the level. The micrometer applies rotational force to the rotary arm. The length measuring units are arranged on the rotary arm and detect a position change of the rotary arm rotated by the micrometer. The signal processing and indicating unit calculates and indicates a rotation angle of the rotary arm.
