EXTRACTING METHOD OF MUSHROOM EXTRACT, MUSHROOM EXTRACT EXTRACTED BY IT AND THERAPEUTIC/PREVENTIVE AGENT FOR OSTEOPOROSIS CONTAINING MUSHROOM EXTRACT

A method for preparing an extract of mushroom is provided to obtain the extract which has effect on proliferation of osteoblast and inhibitory effect on proliferation of osteoclast. A method for preparing an extract of mushroom comprises the steps of: (a) washing the mushroom such as Agaricus blazei Murill, vegetable worms and Inonotus Obliquus; and (b) extracting the mushroom with water in an extractor at a temperature of 50-70 deg.C under no pressure for 3-5 hours. An agent for preventing and treating osteoporosis comprises the mushroom extract prepared by the method. Further, a powder typed L-ascorbic acid is added into the mushroom extract.
