The present invention relates to a system for actuating a Venetian blind, a roller shutter or similar closing means of a door or door or window, comprising an electro-motor apparatus, a contact holder plate electrically connected to said electro-motor apparatus, and a command device transportable by a user and comprising means for the power supply of the electro-motor apparatus, and electronic control means of said apparatus.
