The cooler has a pair of recirculated exhaust gas derivation ducts provided upstream of a slide (5) of a distributor. A distributor communicates with recirculated gas inlet and outlet ducts (e1, s1) of the cooler, the derivation ducts, an inlet duct (e2) and outlet duct (s2) of a heat exchanger (2). The distributor is movable between one position permitting recirculated gas flow to traverse the heat exchanger in a normal direction and another position permitting the recirculated gas to traverse the heat exchanger in a reverse direction. |
