The tube has an external tube including a blocking body (214) to interact with a notch (266) of a small notched strip (262) of an interior tube (260). The interior tube comprises a track (261) housed in the notched strip, and a turbulence reducing unit arranged at level of the track. The interior tube is provided for carrying the notched strip on its external surface. The turbulence reducing unit includes a beveled edge arranged on a front end (263) of the track of the interior tube. An independent claim is also included for a vacuum cleaner.
