<p>An apparatus and a method for executing time synchronization in wireless communication systems are provided to execute precisely synchronization among plural base stations by broadcasting synchronization signals using a wireless interval. An apparatus for executing time synchronization includes first and second synchronization units(411,412), and a mode determining unit(420). The first synchronization unit transmits a first synchronization signal including first hop information. The second synchronization unit executes a multi-frame synchronization according to a reception time of a second synchronization signal and second hop information in response to the receiving of the second synchronization signal including the second hop information. The mode determining unit determines whether the apparatus is set in a master or slave mode.</p> |
